Good evening Shark families!

I can’t believe we have already made it to our last regular season meet! This season has flown by. See below for all the details you need for the meet at Stone Lake on Thursday.

Meet info:

Meet @ Stone Lake at 4:00pm

Pool Directions: 707 Chick Springs Road Greenville, SC 29609

Warm up time: 3:15-3:30 10 & under

                          3:30-3:45 11 & up

Swimmer drop-off: Follow the one-way traffic pattern and enter from Chick Springs Road and drop off at middle parking level (directly in front of the clubhouse). This is available for DROP OFF ONLY.

Parking: There is NO parking in Stone Lake Pool except to properly tagged handicap persons vehicles. Parking is available on Twin Lake Road, but the majority of visitors should use the parking lot at League Academy on Twin Lake Road. Do not block or impede residential driveways or fire hydrants. Homeowners will have vehicles towed at the owner's expense. Visiting teams are allotted 3 parking spots at Stone Lake and have to be allowed in by police directing traffic.

Visiting team swimmer area: Lower parking lot that is uncovered. Tent set up is allowed after 12:30 pm. Swimmers are encouraged to bring folding deck chairs

Spectator Seating: No seating is allowed on deck unless physically impaired. All spectator seating is outside of deck fencing on grass or paved areas. Tents are allowed to be set up anywhere outside of deck fencing areas.

Heat Sheets: No paper heat sheets will be sold. Electronic versions of heat sheets are available on Swimtopia.

Concessions: Available for purchase throughout the meet. Cash and Venmo only.

Restrooms: Located on the far side of the pool deck in the cabana building (away from clubhouse). Restrooms in the clubhouse are NOT to be used by swimmers at any time during a meet.

Severe Weather Policy: Weather delays are activated and monitored by pool lifeguards. If inclement weather, all swimmers and spectators should seek shelter in their personal cars until notified by their respective teams.

**One last thing I need to note is about Fun Friday. This week will be a little different because the coaches want to have some organized relays from 10-11, not just free play time. Don’t worry…we will still have pancakes at 9:30! Make sure to check out the sign up genius from Sunday’s email to sign up for an item to bring.
