Attached you will find information on the Spaulding Farms meet. PLEASE READ so you don't miss any important information!

Home Meet vs. Spaulding Farms: Thursday 6/22 **Starts @ 4:30**

Warm-ups:

10 & under: 3:15-3:30

11 & up: 3:30-3:45

What should your swimmer bring:

• Two towels
• Goggles, swim cap, sunscreen
• Tailgate/camping style chair
• Water and snacks
• Concession money
• Simple activities to pass the time in between events

*Heat Sheets: Available in the paid version of the SwimTopia app. I highly recommend downloading the app and upgrading to the paid version. You can follow along there and get notifications when your swimmer’s next event is coming up. Heat sheets will also be posted on the Swimtopia site if you would like to download it or print it out. Note that there are approximate times listed for events. However, at times things run more quickly than the estimates and some events end up getting combined. Just make sure to keep a close eye on the meet progress through the app so you don't miss an event.

*Scratches: If, for any reason, your swimmer is unable to attend the meet or has to leave before all of their events are complete, please complete the Scratch form at https://scrsharks.swimtopia.com/meet-absence-slash...

*Volunteer Information: Check-in table will be set up on the pool deck on the left at the entrance of the pool. Note that these times are different from previous weeks since the meet starts 30 min later. 

• Parking report to Volunteer Check-in by 2:45 PM
• Merchandise report to Volunteer Check-in by 3:00 PM
• First-half Grill & Concessions & Audio-set up report to Volunteer check-in by 3:30 PM
• First-half Clerk of Course, Tent Parents & Hospitality report to Volunteer Check-in by 4:00 PM
• First-half Officials and Timers will report to the Timers table behind the starter stand at 4:15 PM
• All other First-half Volunteers report to Volunteer Check-in by 4:15 PM
• Second-half volunteers will report to Volunteer Check-in during event 37

*Deck Reset: Once the meet is over, we have to put the pool deck back together. This doesn’t take too long if we have a good group of volunteers helping. Please plan to stay and help if you can.

***If there is time after the meet is complete and the deck is reset, we will have a pool party afterwards..
