Good Morning, 

Great meet last night. A huge thank you to all of our parents who helped make it happen! 

We are coming up on the best and most exciting part of the season....Divisional's week followed by Championships and Classics. We need to you declare you swimmer's intent for ALL 3 of these meets by Sunday night at Midnight. This is very important so we can plan our activities, order divisionals gifts, and coaches can start working on entries! In order to participate in divisionals, swimmers must have swam in two dual meets. Please pay close attention to the information below regarding scratch fees. 

To declare intent for Divisionals, Championships, and Classics, please go to the designated meet in Swimtopia. Once you declare “attending” for your swimmer, you may choose which events they will be able to attend. Note that you are not choosing what strokes swimmers will swim, just if they intend to swim. 

With the size, scope, and cost of these meets, scratch fees do apply. By signing up for these meets, you state that you are aware of these fees and agree to pay if these situations arise. 

Divisionals Scratch Fee: If a swimmer decides not to swim Divisionals or scratches one or more events after intents are due, the swimmer will incur a $50 fee. 

Championships & Classics Scratch Fees: If a swimmer was classified as a “Yes” and decides not to swim Championships or Classics before Thursday, July 7, no fee will be incurred. The swimmer must, however, let the coach know as soon as possible so that the change may be communicated to SAIL. If the swimmer qualifies for either or both meets and scratches between July 7 and July 13, there will be a $25 per event fine. After Wednesday, July 13 at 10am the meet will be set and fines will go up to $50 for individual events and $100 for relays.

We hope all of our swimmers will swim in divisionals. Our social ladies have a lot of fun events planned and it really is the best week of the season!
