Tomorrow we have regular morning and afternoon practices. ***If you have a child in a relay, please have them at both morning and afternoon practices!!

THURSDAY:

• Morning Practice Times:
  • 8/under- 9:00-9:30
  • 9/10- 9:30-10
  • 11/12- 10-10:30
  • 13/up- 10:30-11
• Morning Activity:  Cardboard Boat Races
  • boats must be ready to race before your practice begins
  • Races will take place the last 5 minutes of each age group's practice
  • Boats must be paddled by one swimmer chosen by their teammates (We will provide the paddles)
  • Points will be earned by each race winner and one overall style winner

• Normal afternoon practice
  • 8/unders: 3-3:45
  • 9/10: 3:45-4:30
  • 11/12: 4:30-5:15
  • 13/up: 5:15-6
• Car Decorating supplies will be available all day Thursday

• Pasta Pump Up- Come get excited for Divisionals with dinner, coaches skits and Divisional gift delivery-- This is one of the best nights of the season so you don't want to miss it!
  • starts at 6pm
  • Wear your USA gear for our Olympic theme 
  • Last names beginning with A-M bring a salad/cold pasta salad dish
  • Last names beginning with N-Z bring pizza or pasta dish.
    • Please bring serving utensils
    • PRO TIP: Disposable containers make for the easiest clean up!
• Swim Buddy gift exchange! ***DON'T FORGET*** 
  • We will exchange them on Thursday night since the age groups will be split for Divisionals.
