Hello everyone!

We are fast approaching the end of the regular season and are preparing for Divisionals. For those of you attending your first Divisionals, this is a meet with all 5 Red Division teams competing against each other. It is split across two days: Friday, July 9 and Saturday, July 10. This year 13 and older will be swimming on Friday July 9 starting at 3:00pm. 12 and Under will be swimming Saturday, July 10 starting at 9:00am. 

To manage the meet, all 5 teams must provide volunteers across both days. We need to provide the names of those volunteers to the Divisionals committee next week, so we need everyone to go ahead and sign up for a position by June 29th at 9:00 AM. We know not everyone has swimmers participating both days, so make sure you sign up for the session you will be attending. Or if you prefer to only watch on the day that your child swims then you are welcome to volunteer on the other day.  There is one sign up for Friday and one sign up for Saturday so make sure you are signing up in the correct session. They are called:

13 and Up Divisionals - Friday July 9
12 and Under Divisionals - Saturday July 10

Every family participating will need to sign up for a shift. And because Divisionals is 2 days that means our volunteer needs are doubled, so please consider having your family sign up for more than 1 shift. 

There are a few new positions we only see for Divisionals, like Tent Setup and Deck Marshall.
