Good evening Shark and Baby Shark Families!
I'm excited to let you all know that we found out today that spectators WILL be allowed at Championships and Classics. If this changes your response to these events or if you forgot to declare your intent please go to swimtopia and declare now. I will leave Divisionals, Classics and Championships open until tomorrow, 6/21 at 12pm.
Monday 6/21:- Carolina Gourmet SnoCones at practice tomorrow from 4:30-6:30
- “Sharks in the Dark”
- This is for the 13 and up. 8:00 pm- Midnight! $5 gets you in the door. There will be snacks, pizza, games, and team bonding! We do still need a couple more chaperones and donations. Please see sign up genius below!

Tuesday 6/22:
- Bingo night at the pool.
- Jersey Mike’s will be there for dinner.
- The younger swimmers bingo starts at 5:30pm
- Older swimmers can join when practice ends at 6pm
Wednesday 6/23:
- Pops for Pups will selling popsicles at afternoon practice.
- All the proceeds go to the Canine F.E.T.C.H. Unit. You can see her full story at popsforpups.com
- Stroke Clinic 6-7pm- Cost is $5/swimmer
Thursday 6/24:
- morning practice
- Swim meet at Stone Lake- starts at 4
- ***Please don’t forgot your swim buddy goodies on Thursday night for the meet!
- We still have a few volunteer positions open that we need filled and we have a number of families with swimmers that have not signed up to volunteer. Any open volunteer spots will be assigned to families with participating athletes on Wednesday, so make sure to go ahead and sign up for the position you would like to have before one is assigned to you. Stone Lake is an eight lane pool so more timers are needed to volunteer. If you sign up to be a timer and have not yet completed the Timers Certification test please make sure to do so prior to the meet on Thursday.

Friday 6/25: Last Fun Friday Pancake Breakfast!!! Breakfast starts at 9:30am
Sunday 6/27:
- Movie night on the front lawn of the clubhouse! We will be selling concessions and watching the Sandlot. This will be such a fun night for all the families to get together and enjoy a classic summer movie! More details to follow!
*** We are finalizing the calendar for Divisionals week. It is going to be a great week and we can’t wait for all the fun spirit events! Be on the lookout for more information in the coming week!
Volunteers:
Make sure to report to Beth DuBose at the Volunteer check-in. You will need a lanyard to move throughout the Stone Lake pool deck, so make sure to pick yours up. More info on Volunteer Check-in location coming soon.
- ALL First-half volunteers report to Volunteer Check-in by 3:30 PM to pick up lanyard and get information on location of your job
- First-half Officials and Timers will report to the Timers table at 3:45 PM for timers meeting
- Second-half volunteers will report to Volunteer Check-in during Event 39
