We have lots going on this week.  Please read through this email carefully so you don't miss anything! 

Monday 6/14: 

• No afternoon practice for 11/12s or 13/up because of our water park outing
• Discovery Island Water Park 5:45-7:45. 
  • Avoid the line and purchase tickets online on the team store page on swimtopia. You can purchase tickets when you get there with cash, check or card. There will be a credit card fee just like on Swimtopia.  https://scrsharks.swimtopia.com/shop

Tuesday 6/15: Normal practice schedule

Wednesday 6/16: 

• YSSC will be at morning practice. If anyone is interested in swimming year round this practice is for you. 
• In order for all age groups to participate we are combining practices. 
  • 10 and under will practice 9-10am  
  • 11 and up 10-11 am 
• Afternoon practices on regular schedule 
• Stroke Clinic 6-7pm Cost is $5/swimmer 

Thursday 6/17: 

• Meet at HOME against Thornblade- start time is 5 pm- More details to come
• Volunteers please see below for details
• After meet party- Join us Thursday after our last home meet of the season for our special glow up pool party! Your kids won’t want to miss it. 

Friday 6/18: 

• Fun Friday pancake breakfast at 9:30. Watch for a sign-up genius to go out to sign up for breakfast items to bring! It was so much fun last Friday… Hope everybody can make it. 
• No afternoon practice

********SHARKS AFTER DARK- 13 and up- We are going to have a special event for you on Monday, June 21 it will be from 8:00-Midnight! Go ahead and mark your calendars-more information will be to follow.

Volunteer Info:

We still have a few volunteer positions open that we need filled and we have a number of families with swimmers that have not signed up to volunteer. Any open volunteer spots will be assigned to families with participating athletes on Wednesday, so make sure to go ahead and sign up for the position you would like to have before one is assigned to you. • The Volunteer Check-in table will be set up on the pool deck on the left behind the Starter stand
• Parking report to Volunteer Check-in by 3:15 PM
• Merchandise report to Volunteer Check-in by 3:30 PM
• First-half Clerk of Course, Tent Parents, Grill & Concessions report to Volunteer Check-in by 4:30 PM
• First-half Officials and Timers will report to the Timers table behind the starter stand at 4:45 PM
• All other First-half Volunteers report to Volunteer Check-in by 4:45 PM
• Second-half volunteers will report to Volunteer Check-in during Event 39
• Ribbons and Computers will be set up on the upstairs patio outside the clubhouse
• Merchandise will be set up outside the Lifeguard room
• Hospitality will be set up by the Baby pool

Thank you to everyone that has already completed the Timer certification. If you have not completed it, please do so as soon as possible, especially those that have signed up to be a Timer on Thursday.
