Next Thursday at 4pm (June 3) is our first meet. Our meet will be a home meet, vs Greenville Country Club.

What we need you to do is declare your intent for your children to participate in the meet and if you are participating, sign up for a volunteer position.  We need to know your intent by Saturday!  

So How Do I Sign My Swimmer Up for a Meet?

You’ll need to log in to Swimtopia and click the Meets & Events Signups tab. PLEASE READ “SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS” BEFORE GOING TO THE SIGNUP CALENDAR. If you will not be at a meet, you must declare that you are not attending the meet.  You may request up to 3 events that your child would like to swim in the meet, BUT the coaches will have the final say.  You can also choose if you will be coming late or leaving early. 

Volunteers

While you’re signing your swimmer up for meets, go ahead and volunteer for a job. It’s first come, first served so some of the jobs go fast! Our home meets take a lot of volunteers. We actually need more than one volunteer per family in order to get all spots filled. Consider taking another shift if at all possible.
