Good Evening Shark and Guppy Families!

We are so excited for our 1st annual "Battle of the Creek" party this Friday, May 14th. It will be from 6-8:30 at the Sugar Creek 1 pool.

*Choc's BBQ (see attached menu), Traveling Taps and Houni Italian Ice will be there. The food trucks will arrive about 5:30. If you have younger swimmers, feel free to stay after practice and go ahead and get dinner. We'd love to avoid too much of a line at 6:00 when the older swimmers and WCR families arrive.

*Please park at the bottom of the parking lot (by the tennis courts) and along one side of Briar Creek. The top part of the parking lot will be reserved for the food trucks, and we need to leave room for emergency vehicles to get through. Of course if you live close enough to walk that would be great too! 

***PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON SUGAR CREEK ROAD***

*We will be ending practice early at 6 and then the pool will be open for free swim. Around 6:30 the team competitions will begin! We will have relays for each age group and the SCR coaches will race the WCR coaches. There is a trophy at stake so bring your A-GAME! It is going to be a fun night and a great way to kick off the 2021 swim season with our team and Woody Creek friends.

Also, some of the merchandise ordered during registration has come in. We will be handing that out during the party on Friday. This does NOT include swim caps, suits, or t-shirts. 

I've also attached a copy of our swim team events calendar for anyone who did not get one during the meetings on Monday.
