We are excited about our final home meet this Tuesday, 6/30! We have updated our swim meet reminders (see below), so please be sure to read carefully. We also have a fun social event planned for this Thursday, so make sure you mark your calendar!

  • Drop-off: 4pm
  • Warmups:
    • 10 & Under: 4:15-4:30
    • 11 & Up: 4:30-4:45
  • Volunteers Report to Stations: 4:40pm
  • Meet Start: 5:00pm
  • Sno Hut will be at our meet beginning at 5pm!
  • Stay tuned for dinner options….

• SPIRIT EVENT: Family Poolside Trivia Night @ 6pm
  • Everyone’s favorite hosts, Blake and Beth, are hosting Trivia Night this Thursday, starting at 6pm.
  • Our lovely hosts will be using speakers so everyone on the deck can hear / maintain social distance.
  • So grab your family and friends, come up with a clever name for your team, and get ready to show everyone just how smart you really are!
  • One grand prize will go to the winning team!
  • Pack dinner and drinks for the family if you’d like. Remember, no glass on the pool deck.

Virtual Meet Reminders:

• Parents, please ONLY enter the pool to watch your swimmer. Please do not sit with your child in the swimmer area.
• Volunteers are requested to wear a mask. Coaches will be wearing masks, as they have been at practice. Parents, please be courteous of our volunteers and officials by maintaining 6’ distance from them at all times. No parents are allowed where volunteers are timing / recording. We will have these areas blocked off.
• No pool chairs or tailgate chairs allowed on the pool deck, except for our swimmers. Please do not pull down pool chairs that we have stacked.
• There will be NO cars in the parking lot as we will be using it for families to tailgate in. Golf carts will be allowed!
• You will be able to drop your swimmer / tailgating items off using the Briar Creek Rd cul de sac beginning at 4pm.
• Parking will be available at Covenant United Methodist Church.
• No concessions. Pack LOTS of concession type snacks because that's why your kids want to come to meets.
• Spirit Event - After the meets, there will be a RED WHITE and BLUE pool party. The party will not begin until the pool deck is put back together.. Please stay to help and let the kids swim.

REMINDER TO MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR “BATTLE OF THE CREEK”

• In place of Divisionals, we are holding our first ever “BATTLE OF THE CREEK” July 17^th and 18^th. It’s going to be one for the books – Woody Creek Waves vs. Sugar Creek Sharks – in an epic 2 day event. More details will be announced soon!
